From interactive design to dance music, from medicine to surveillance, from fashion to warfare: NODE has invited experts from the fields of design, art and journalism, who all deal with ground-breaking technologies. Together, they will focus on those areas in which digital technologies are changing our image of the body. New ideas and products that allow us to connect the human body even better, even more beautifully and more intimately with digital codes are incessantly entering the market. This symposium is the moment in which the workshops and hackspaces pause and take position. It is about software and hardware – and always also about every single one of us. The future will be confusing.
