1325

Mousonturm Studio 1

Choreography/Dance

“Movements are the wildest, freest, most irresponsible and unteachable of all things.” May Zarhy and Kathryn Enright transform Virginia Woolf’s thought into the driving force behind their choreographic collaboration. They were inspired in their research by the UN resolution 1325, which covers the role of women in the resolution of various social and political conflicts. 1325 seizes open ends that scream for freedom from the depths of dance history to use them in search for myriads of physical, acoustic and atmospheric nuances.
