Aerobic is deemed the mother of all workouts. The origins of the disco drills, which can be traced back to the training methods of the US Air Force, are however less known. As a choreographer with a passion for tough cases in dance history, Paula Rosolen deals with the fitness movement as an epochal dance piece in the context of a society of growing efficiency and productivity. The ten-minute miniature was created as a prelude to the project and for the competition Danse Èlargie 2014 by the Théatre de la Ville and Musée de la Danse.
