Anonymous P.

Your smartphone knows, where you are, Facebook knows, who you are, Google knows what you are thinking and PRISM knows everything anyhow. Faced with intelligent street lights, 3D face recognition technology, a flourishing data trade and perfidious fusions of secret services and commercial enterprises, we need new heroes in the battle against the powers that be. Prometheus stole fire from the gods and brought light to mankind. Faced with tday’s total transparency, darkness is the new gift. But no matter where Anonymous P. rises up against up against those in power, it must face their impeding wrath, followed by banishment into transit areas, embassies and military prisons, while the secret services feast on the ever growing mountains of data. Anonymous P. targets our unbridled readiness to disclose even the most intimate of data. Supported by two IT-specialists, the artistic team of Chris Kondek and Christiane Kühl transform the Mousonturm into an interactive hacker headquarters, into a training camp for those interested in obfuscation. So bring your smartphone with you – or even better: your friends with smartphones!
