Dancer Agus Margiyanto and Ioannis Mandafounis, co-founder of the choreographer trio MAMAZA, took advantage of their encounter to take a radical step and wipe their slates clean. Instead of dealing with their own cultural differences or learning more about the development of different dance styles, they completely concentrated on the body itself and its movements. What do these reveal? What is movement per se? Can the body become a blank page on which anything can be written?
