Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm

Over the past five years, author and journalist Adriana Carcu and photographer Richard Wayne accompanied Norwegian jazz musicians to festivals. Their art book “The Song from the North” includes interviews with Nils Petter Molvaer, Mathias Eick, Tord Gustavsen, Sidsel Endresen, Thomas Strønen, Stian Westerhus, Erland Dahlen, Eivind Aarset and Marilyn Mazur, as well as numerous photos, reviews, jazz poetry and essays, which convey an authentic image of the inner mechanisms of music and its magical effects.
