Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm

Musician, DJ and graphic artist Fyoelk is the Geheime Salon’s fourth studio resident. By invitation of the tape label MMODEMM, he will be developing new musical material during his one-month residency at Mousonturm and subsequently present his work in form of a concert, as well as a tape release. His playful percussive compositions combine a wide range of influences from the history of disco, house and techno music, but also reference the adventures of 1980’s tape culprits, Javanese gamelan, experimental electronics and New Wave. Fyeolk may also be known to some as co-organizer of the breakdance series “Destination Earth” and the Delta Wave Festival, as operator of the Stenze Quo Verlag and active member of the Antwerp art society Forbidden City. At the turntables, Berlin-based London DJ, producer and label owner (Jolly Discs) Enchante will be leading through the evening.
