Mousonturm Saal

Film/Theater

News services and Internet giants know all our interests and opinions and compile minute movement profiles. Only few users put up a fight. There in the thick of it: a director trying to draw attention to the dangers of global surveillance in his newest film. The main character of his plot, a so-called Highly Sensitive Person, is already under observation by intelligence services, paranoid security fanatics and resistance fighters because of her extreme sensory gift. Then the young woman unexpectedly witnesses a mysterious plane crash. In an astonishing interplay of theatre and film, Frankfurt director Stéphane Bittoun assembles actual events and recent affairs, as he masterfully plays with artistic, political and individual forms of perception and the respective realities that they create.
