Giuseppe Porrello, musician with Sicilian-Sardinian roots, is a true native of Frankfurt – because he was born here. His trademark, the raspy voice, can be heard performing with his own band “Gastone” as well as with the Söhne Mannheims. And that’s not all: Giuseppe also has a knack for writing music for other artists and producing their songs – including those of Chima (“Stille”), Nadja Benaissa (ex-No Angels with “Schritt für Schritt”) or Jana Josephina (“Karussell der Liebe”). Giuseppe is a real self-taught musician who is not very interested in theory – some people might call him the “intuitive type”. Gregor Praml will want to know more about how music and production work with Gastone, Giuseppe’s nickname. And of course we will also experience them as a musical duo!
Admission is only possible with proof of negative Corona status (tested, vaccinated or recovered). In case of test detection, the negative result of a PCR test must be submitted and the test must not have been performed more than 48 hours ago.
