Tonfunktion and the Papiripar Lab invite you to a controlled parade of destruction within the walls of an empty warehouse. Hand-picked guests destroy favourite objects, hated objects or superfluous heirlooms of various sizes with hammers, axes and bare fists. A delegation from the Hamburg festival Papiripar, which created and tested this format in its radio edition this year, offers a supervised forum for offloading pent-up energies. By means of installed ambient microphones, the shock waves of this performative happening are transmitted to radio. In addition, listeners can call the radio studio, destroy objects in their own homes and thus share their destructive rage with the world. The action will be broadcast live via telephone.
