The LOKAL Listener – Gregor Praml trifft Martin Lejeune

Lokal im Mousonturm

Concert/Discussion

He plays banjo, mandolin, pedal steel, lap steel, Theremin, euphonium, contrabass and guitar: Martin Lejeune is game for almost anything with strings to be plucked. And then, all the places he’s been. The jazz clubs of Frankfurt are his home. He was opening act at the German Jazz festival Frankfurt, he’s graced the stage of the Schauspiel Frankfurt multiple times and regularly writes stage music for the Theaterhaus Frankfurt. Born in Bitburg, he’s become one of Frankfurt’s most important jazz musicians. Time to introduce him more intimately to The LOKAL Listener and find out exactly who this seemingly rather quiet contemporary of ours is. But careful: when Martin has an instrument around his neck, peace and quiet are a thing of the past!
