Eine Stadt für alle? Zuhause. Die Stadt und ihre Wohnungspolitik

Diskussion/Discussion

Urban lifestyles is booming – characterized by a differentiation of the real estate market that makes finding affordable housing difficult for large parts of the urban population. So should we continue? Who are buildings being built for, for whom should they be built? And how? Even the public housing associations feel largely subject to the demands of constructing to suit the needs of a market economy. Do we need a master plan of housing policies, which simultaneously largely restores effective power to the city districts? What could alternative housing projects look like and do they really provide a way forward?
