If available, bring your own skateboard, helmet and pads. Skateboards and equipment will be provided if required, please let us know when you register.

The workshop is aimed at complete beginners as well as those who already have some experience or ride well. Participants are trained with a lot of know-how and learn the basics of skateboarding. Advanced skaters skip the first steps and are shown tricks and moves to suit their individual skill set. Mastery of the skateboard as well as riding and safety aspects take centre stage alongside the fun factor of free skating.

Concrete Skate e.V. is dedicated to promoting skateboard culture in Frankfurt am Main. As a non-profit organisation, it aims to represent the interests of all Frankfurt skateboarders and advocate for them vis-à-vis institutions and the press. It campaigns for public spaces for skateboarding, organises contests and events and offers skate courses.
