Solidarity!

Company Rebecca Weingartner

How can we come together despite our differences? How can we create spaces in which boundaries no longer play a role? How can we form a community that sees diversity not as a threat, but as an enrichment? In Solidarity!, dancer Rebecca Weingartner, dancer Raul Martinez and musician Nello Novela show what this could look like and how much fun it is. Their biographies are as different as their migration stories and all three have experienced the feeling of not belonging.

They encourage each other to break out of their comfort zones: The musician dares to dance, the dancers make music and sing. To do this, they not only need courage, but also support from each other and their audience.

A wonderful temporary community is created on stage, an enthusiastic celebration of solidarity in which everyone can feel welcome - no matter how different they are.
