Bouncing the flesh
This training bridges street dances with somatic approaches, inviting dancers to move between groove and form, technique and personal expression. The start of the training integrates bouncing practices, tactile sensing and alignment work to gradually activate and energize the body. From there, we move to movement explorations that balance set material, opening pathways between individual focus and group interplay. Through body isolations, Murga and house-inspired footwork, polyrhythmic tasks and phrase work, dancers expand their expressive range while developing precision, coordination and rhythmic complexity. The training supports responsiveness, endurance and spatial clarity, moving from intimate bodily awareness toward playful and energetic group dynamics.
