This training is based on the physical principles of spinning and sliding, approached as strategies to investigate movement continuity and transformation. We will explore spins as tools to reorganize flow and challenge verticality whilst practicing shifts in direction and body orientation. Sliding will be explored through attention to weight transfer and spatial displacement, investigating a continuous rhythm in movement. Trainings begin with a physical preparation to support mobility and strength, unfolding through a combination of guided explorations, movement sequences, and improvisation, offering space to navigate different modes of perceiving and articulating movement. The training invites dancers to engage with fluid dynamics whilst remaining attentive to physical precision, effort distribution, and the pleasure of moving through space.
