Cinema Concert with Live Music

The Little Mole is one of the most beloved characters in European animated film. In this special cinema concert, four lovingly animated short films from the Czech classic “Krtek” will be accompanied live by musicians Ollivier Leroy and Pierre-Yves Prothais. Using percussion, harmonium, vocals, and a variety of unusual sound objects, they create an imaginative soundscape that blends world music, rock, and classical music.

The poetic adventures of the curious little mole tell stories of discovery, friendship, and the joy of wonder. Whether it’s a rocket, an umbrella, music, or a desert—each episode opens up its own little world full of humor, surprises, and warmth. The specially composed live music adds a new dimension to the films and turns the interplay of image and sound into a special experience.

An enchanting cinematic experience for children and adults alike—full of imagination, music, and a zest for life. Since its premiere, the cinema concert has delighted audiences in France, Belgium, and beyond, and has already been performed more than 300 times.
