In the workshop the participants become familiar with the movement material and scores from SWEAT (anthem). The choreography is built through repetitive and transformative movements, mirroring the highs and lows of sports performances. The movement vocabulary derives from various sports and gestures, creating a unique language. Techniques involving rapid variations in muscle tension and tempo are employed. The tools and principles are gradually layered and we move from simple to more complex movement terrain.
