This class is dedicated to developing strength within one’s mobility, utilizing the principles of calisthenics and BMC (Body-Mind Centering). It aims to heighten participants’ awareness of their body’s kinetic chain by focusing on the fundamental concepts of 'push' and 'pull' in relation to their points of contact with the floor at any given moment. The objective is to help individuals explore their unique sense of musicality and strength within the provided movement material and structured improvisation. Through this journey, participants will also discover increased flexibility and a newfound sense of spaciousness in both their minds and bodies.
