Ármann Einarsson, 48 years old, lives in Akureyri in North Iceland. He is the principal of a music school, father of three and holds the Icelandic record in triple jumping since 1979. Last year he revealed to his daughter-in-law, choreographer Brogan Davison, his life-long desire to perform contemporary dance, ideally on stage, although he has never had any proper dance training. And so he and Brogan together developed a contemporary dance piece, celebrated first by local audiences and then at international festivals all over the world: is dance really for everybody?
