Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm

It’s House is a multi-media concert performance by the New Yorker improvising musician and visual artist Tom Thayer and L. Gray alias Keith Connolly, founding member of The No-Neck Blues Band. For their eponymous album, they were inspired by the work of composer Cornelius Cardew, who united composers, musicians, amateurs, visual artists and actors in the late 1960’s in his “Scratch Orchestra”. In It’s House, the two artists set out on an expedition into the past, equipped with synthesizers, trunks filled with tapes and loads of electronics.
