Charlyn Marie Marshall aka Cat Power was originally discovered by Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley, with whom she also recorded her first two albums. However, on her most recent LP Sun little is left of the fragile singer-songwriter sound. After her memorable-legendary concert 11 years ago, she now returns to Mousonturm for her only show in Germany.
