Zehn wichtigste Ereignisse meines Lebens

Mousonturm Foyer

Installation

What do we remember when we look back on our lives? What events influenced us, maybe even changed us? What decisive turns did our biography take? What events do younger or older people choose, women or men with very different backgrounds and careers – what kind of portraits and what gaps emerge, when everyone describes exactly ten events?
Mats Staub’s new long-term project is an invitation to everyone to answer these very questions – for example on the website www.zehn-wichtigste-ereignisse-meines-lebens.net
The project began in 2013 with two interrelated formats: a web-based anthology and an artistic poster project. With a site-specific version of the poster project made specially for Frankfurt and its residents, Mats Staub now visits Mousonturm, installs his work in select spaces in the theatre and the cityscape and portrays people, who  are somehow related to these places.
