Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm

José González was absent from the live stage for a long time. Then the Swedish singer and songwriter threw himself back into his solo work after having mainly before focused with his band Junip. In February, he released his third studio album Vestiges & Claws. The “man with the cotton gums” says that he initially wanted to continue the minimalist style of the two previous albums, but then soon noticed that the songs sounded better when supported by several guitars, drum beats and backing vocals. To hear what that sounds like, don’t miss him at Mousonturm at one of his rare concerts in Germany. He will be accompanied on his tour by Icelandic singer and multi-instrumentalist  Ólöf Arnalds.
