Lullaby is a participative project, open to all – children and adults alike – worldwide. “Each one of us holds a song deep down in our hearts that defines our childhood. Often this song is distorted by time and memory. We invite you to sing this memory, to whisper it” (Pascal Dusapin). Via an app (www.lullaby-experience.eu) these songs are recorded worldwide. The collected recordings will provide the sonic material used by the composer for the musical creation of Lullaby, performed by Ensemble Modern in collaboration with IRCAM and the director Claus Guth. Transformed and combined the recordings will create a portrait of sounds of any of the cities in which the piece is presented.

Live-Acts at the installation will take place at 3.30 p.m., 5 p.m., 6.30 p.m. & 8 p.m. Admission is half an hour before the start.
