Cypher Preselection – this is how it’ll go:

To participate in the cypher preselection, you can’t register in advance: just spontaneously jump in! If you dance in the cypher, you’re automatically part of the preselection. The jury will give out chips during the cypher preselection. The dancers who receive a chip will advance to the next round and can participate in the battle the following day. In addition to the official jury members (Cintia, Ukay, Clara, Walid, and Physs), there will be one secret judge in each category (popping/hip hop/house)—and of course, we can’t reveal who that is! What makes the secret judges special is that they themselves will also have to battle the next day as battle guests. Each secret judge is allowed to give out exactly one chip in their category and will then compete against the other chosen competitors the next day. At the end of the day, a person who has cyphered “the best” throughout the day will be elected the Cypher King or the Cypher Queen. Usually, this is the person who dances in every category and creates good vibes in the cypher.
