Hip-Hop for Late-Bloomers
Which adult has not dreamed of being able to do cool hip-hop moves but never dared to join a hip-hop class? This workshop for (adult) late bloomers offers the ideal opportunity to break down any inhibitions and gain a first insight into the basics of hip-hop freestyle dance. Dancer and experienced dance teacher Be Shoo teaches various techniques, tricks and cool moves in several steps. In this way, the workshop also wants to empower adults who are inexperienced in movement to get to know themselves and their bodies in a new way. Regardless of age, we want to encourage all participants to find pleasure in dance and music. Hip-hop freestyle brings together and combines styles, elements and techniques from many dance styles. The workshop is suitable for all those who do not yet have any dance experience in hip-hop.

Movement / Urban Dance
We move in a world of constant change where unpredictability is part of our everyday life. But how can we prepare our bodies for these circumstances and explore their enormous physical potential? Through practical exercises we will develop movement qualities that are common to many movement practices such as dance, martial arts, sports and simple daily life. This foundation of movement allows us to experience our bodies in context and expands our access to physical expression.
